Join the Dopamine community for a 10 km hike.A moment to disconnect and reconnect.

Open to all levels, whether you hike often or it's your first time, you're welcome.

What to expect:

• 10 km, about 3 hours of hiking
• Departure from Paris Gare de Lyon at 8AM by train (accessible with your Navigo pass or a regular ticket) and return scheduled around 4PM in Paris
• A route created and tested by the Dopamine team, accompanied by an experienced hiker
• A phone-free moment to truly disconnect
• Come solo or with your crew, you'll leave with new connections
• A guide and the day's schedule sent by email to help you prepare (what to wear, food, drinks)
